the tastiest health food on the planet! As
much as I love chocolate cake, I’ d much
rather munch on a watermelon or guzzle
ona fresh ripe peach. Don’t worry that you
won’t be full enough – the recipes below

will leave you satisfied enough to ignore
the coffee-break doughnuts. Plus, considering
that you can’t really get fat from eating
fruit, you can eat as much as you want
while you adjust to this lighter breakfast –
you’re not ‘ona diet’, so don’t suffer or go
hungry for the sake of beauty.

You can also add a teaspoon of hemp
oil (or other EFA-rich oil) anda teaspoon of
super-food powder (spirulina ete.) to these
breakfasts to boost their nutritional power
even more.

Breakfast in a glass (vegan)

Ingredients
• 1 large ripe organic banana
• 1 handful organic raisins
• 1 small handful organic porridge oats
• 300-SOOml/ -1 pint filtered water
• Shake of powdered cinnamon
• Dash of vanilla essence (optional)
How to make
• The night before, place the oats and
raisins in 300ml/ pint of water
• in the morning place the mixture in a
blender
• Add the banana and spice
• Blend thoroughly
• Add more water if necessary

• Drink within hali an hour; feel this
yummy breakfast satisfy you completely

Choccy banana dream shake

Ingredients
• 2 organic bananas
• 1 handful organic dried dates
• 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder (or
raw carob powder)
• Quarter o f a vanilla pod
• 300-500ml/ -1 pint filtered water
Howto make
• Soak the dates overnight in 300ml/10
fi oz of water
• In the morning blend everything
together
• Add more water if necessary
• Drink it within halfan hour and enjoy
the bit of the nutritious chocolate

Deluxe fruit salad

Refreshing and juicy.
Ingredients
• 2 plums
• 1 ripe pear
• 7 strawberries
• 1 tablespoon blueberries

• Halfa pink grapefruit
How to make
• Chop the pear and plums into chunks
• Halve the strawberries
• Mix up in a bowl with the whole
blueberries
• Squeeze the pink grapefruit juice over
the fruit
• Eat with the eyes closed and enjoy the
tangy sensations

Winter apple porridge

This is so warming on a cold day. The
apples add sweetness, so there’s no need
to add sugar!
Ingredients
• 1 cup organic porridge oats
• 2 cups filtered water
• 2 small (or 1 large) organic apples
• Dash of cinnamon (optional)
How to make
• Put the oats and water into a pan on
low heat
• Peel and chop the apples
• Add the apples to the pan once the
porridge is simmering
• Stir frequently and add ınore water if
necessary

• Eat while warm

Tropical morning

This is so dreamy and creamy; imagine
you’re o n a sunny island in a hammock.
Ingredients
• Halfa tin of organic coconut milk
• 1 organic banana
• 1 ripe organic mango
• 1 organic lime
How to make
• Chop the banana and mango
• Put in a blender with the coconut milk
• Add the juice and grated zest from the
lime
• Blend thoroughly until smooth
• Sit outside in the sun and drink slowly
